We do not use customer information for any purpose other than to mail and email our special offers, new product releases, and other news. Any information that is collected, is only used internally by My Inner Florist. We will not sell or share your contact information or email address to anyone. And you always have the option to unsubscribe from our mailing and email lists.



We accept payment by credit card online. Full payment is due before orders will ship from our online store.



In-stock catalog items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days after order is placed and paid for. Custom and personalized items usually ship within 5-7. Unless express shipping is selected, items will ship via USPS. Occasionally, some items may be backordered or sold out. If this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know, and provide a future ship date, refund or recommendation for other products.


Returns & Refunds

We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us so that we can determine the best way to address your concern. In general, we’ll be happy to provide you with a full refund or exchange for any unopened / unused merchandise. Custom and personalized items cannot be refunded once printed.
